First of all my wife and I would like to thank Robin Assist for all the kindness shown to us and your organizational efforts in sending us back to our home in the U. S. in such a timely manner. The medical escort, Etienne, provided to us was very courteous and capable and attended to my wife all the way to helping her into bed as we arrived home. We consider him a friend now. Unfortunately, we did have an overnight delay in London since weather prevented us from making our connection to Phoenix. We were provided overnight hotel accommodation by the airline and did incur some meal and clothing expenses related to that. The two other receipts relate to pharmacy purchases. My wife has now been able to see her orthopedic doctor and continue her recovery plan.
The neighbor whose dog was the reason for the medical incident has acknowledged their fault and indicates that our traveler’s insurance company has not contacted their insurance company yet. I believe I previously sent you the information on that company.
Again, thank you so much for your prompt help to us at such a traumatic time for my wife. We truly do appreciate it.
