I wanted to do a formal letter with regards to the handling of my case firstly by Anthony and then by Carmen. I am now back home and have a long road ahead with physio as I have done considerable damage to my tendons and muscles of my right leg.
I want to formally thank Anthony for the promptness and professional and friendly manner that he showed towards my first claim with your insurance company, I commend his customer service and would rate him as one of the best I have had to deal with, so thank you Anthony.
Secondly due to unfortunate luck, I had to make another claim involving my fall which I will say was due to bad construction of a beach shower, being the cause of my bad fall.
This case was handled by Carmen. Again I want to commend her service, it was efficient, kind and always in constant contact with me making me feel less stressful, she got me home safely and quickly, together with my carer (my son).
So thank you Anthony and Carmen you both helped in two stressful situations with such caring that I felt I needed to put this in writing because good customer service is very hard to find these days. It was a pleasure dealing with you as I dealt with you mostly through this claims process and also with some of your other colleagues. First time I have purchased travel insurance through this company and I have to say the claims process you guys made it very smooth and quick it felt like it was too good to be true. My mum Dina made it home last night, her flights went well she is soo thankful for the business class seats as it made her travel more comfortable with the condition she has. Meanwhile I wanted to thank you for your excellent assistance. The long flights were sustainable due to upgrade, assistance in the airports was organized and a comfortable taxi took us home. So we could safely reach here only one week after surgery which seemed quite impossible. There is still a long way ahead but the most difficult moment in a foreign country is over now.
