Hi Luyi- I just wanted to share my appreciation for all your assistance getting my mother transferred into the hospital, the on-going communication, and the ease of our repatriation back home. She is doing so much better with almost a full recovery. I was able to take her to see her doctor in Cincinnati prior to my return home to Phoenix. Good morning Micheal. Thanks for the update etc. I’ll provide the necessary information you require. I’m still waiting to hear from flight center and I’ll forward to you the correspondence when it comes through so this can be adjusted. I’ll obtain the relevant documents/ information re: accommodation. Ect. Feeling blessed and grateful to be assisted home and truly appreciate the value of travel insurance! Recovery will take time but will get there.
