I told her (Leah) that I would highly recommend you all and how wonderful y’all have been in the midst of us being in a Mexican hospital, everything y’all did that day, everything to get us out the next morning, y’all were ready to do everything immediately while we were waiting on stuff. I never travel internationally without travel insurance, it’s how I feel about it. I’ve never had to use it, I’m 57 years old, but it was so wonderful to have you all and I told our travel agent Leah y’all are who they say you are, I’ll give you all good reviews once I settle down. We were in Mexico for a family wedding from November 21-25.   My son was injured during the trip, and we had to take an ambulance to a hospital in Puerto Vallarta and he was seen there and treated for the injury.  We had travel insurance through Travel Insured International.

Karine and Yuri were the two agents who helped me by phone and email throughout the process.  They were amazing, and I don’t say that lightly.  The customer service and step-by-step service they provided to help me know what to do, where to go, how to handle the entire situation, was nothing short of amazing.  They were kind, patient, helped with translation with the ambulance drivers, and made sure the hospital received payment so that we were allowed to discharge.  I can’t speak highly enough of these agents and the service they provided from start to finish. Many thanks to them.  I will always buy this travel insurance for all my trips in the future because of this fantastic experience.
