My husband and I would like to sincerely thank Travel Insured International for the exceptional service and caring attitude that they extended to us during our recent trip to France. My husband was seriously injured in a bicycle accident and spent 5 days in ICU at the very end of our planned tour. Unable to go home with the group and then unable to fly for 2 weeks after he was discharged from the hospital, we would truly have been in a very difficult situation if we had not had your insurance coverage. Not only did the company take care of the medical bills and the cost of lodging while we waited to get home, but the coverage provided us with airport transfer and comfortable tickets home.

We simply can not thank this company enough for their concern, reliable communication, supportive attitude and meticulous follow through on our every challenge. Most helpful was their willingness to accept communication of paperwork by email since we had no way to fax our paperwork, having only a cellphone for our use.

We got home after 30 days on what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. Travel Insured International was absolutely the only thing that made this whole experience manageable and has allowed us to look at the bright side!  We feel we were made whole again.
